Just picked one up - clerk sold it as a video calling phone with front camera.

Front camera doesn't work (or at least there isn't a setting to use it) plus now I see on the Rogers site there is NO video calling.

Whats up? I love this phone but thinking about returning it. Hoping the software is on the new OS if that ever gets released ;-)

Can anyone help on this topic?

There is no front facing camera on SGS Captivate and it therefore won't matter what software updates may be available in the future to support video calling as you don't have the hardware to support it.  I'm afraid the salesperson pulled a fast one on you and you should consider reporting them (Rogers, BBB, etc)  regardless of your decision to return the phone.  Best of luck,
