There is no front facing camera on SGS Captivate and it therefore won't matter what software updates may be available in the future to support video calling as you don't have the hardware to support it. I'm afraid the salesperson pulled a fast one on you and you should consider reporting them (Rogers, BBB, etc) regardless of your decision to return the phone. Best of luck,
