Well I'm just about at the end of my ropes on this one. I called Rogers and explained to them I don't need anyone in technical support explaining to me that they had no issues that they heard of. Seems that there are issues going on with the phone, not sure if its software related or otherwise. My third phone was delivered Thursday and it was working great up until this Saturday when I went to pick it up, I pushed the wake up button and it didn't do anything pushed it again and then it rebooted on its own in my hands. The second time it rebooted was in the evening not sure what's causing it but this time it was sitting on my end table and then it beep then vibrated and turned itself off. Something odd is happening to these phones and not sure what it is, it might be something with 2.3.5 gingerbread. I really don't think it's app related because I've only installed Skype and Pulse nothing else that would cause a reboot since I didn't even get force closes.
Rogers Customer service was helpful because I got this on a hardware upgrade so I only paid the promotion cost. They worked out something and I was able to get The Samsung SGSII LTE for promotion cost on my other number but still I'm left paying $149 for another phone. I guess it's the best Rogers can do since three phones was defective and obviously they are taking a loss on them, I commend Rogers Customer Service on this one but it would of been better if I got another phone instead of having to pay for another one. They told me to keep the third phone and use it as a paper weight, well it works but seriously don't think it's worth selling cause you never know when it'll reboot on you.

I've had this problem numerous times, both at home and at work on the Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately, my first Razr lasted a whopping 20 days. Since it's past Rogers 15 day limit, they will only let me exchange it for new Razrs. Second Razr lasted 10 days. Third Razr 2 hours. Rogers is no help, and the response I was told to expect from Motorola is 6 days overday.
Avoid this phone like the plague

I've had my phone active for 6 days and the same thing is happening to me.
I downloaded a free game (blood and glory) from google play (formerly android market) and it runs constantly in the background, made my phone run really slow. I uninstalled it and the phone decided to reboot at its leisure.
Motorola said do a factory restore which I did, the problem seemed worse afterwards.
Rogers says its a fluke, and they are sending me a new phone.
