I can only speak for myself, but to reiterate call display works all the time on my sgh-i727R, with an LTE plan & Sim. Have you tried going to a rogers store, or even a Bestbuy and speak to someone from the Geek Squad?

I would edit out the audio if i were you. They never gave you permission to post it on the internet which can cause problems if the Tech support agents you spoke to or some one that knows him hears this. I know this because i have had people do the same as you & got sued because of it. I do not know if Mods approve but if i were the Tech support agent & saw this i would get a bit upset people posting the convo with a costumers & me not giving the costumer the okay to post it on the internet.
