Are there any UMA ("Talkspot" apps for Android Phones?

I have an iPhone 4.

My wife has an Android Samsung Galaxy S II LTE

Does anyone know of apps that can enable UMA on these devices? I really really don't want to use a blackberry but I'm in a pinch because my condo has TERRIBLE reception and I can't stand by the window or leave my phone by the window all the time.

It's kinda silly.  Rogers offered me a cheaper upgrade to a blackberry but it'd be a downgrade as far as I'm concerned.

Advice would be helpful!

This will basically me the same response as the one in the iPhone section. No android device is hardware compatible with the  UMA/Wifi-Hotspot feature. Due to this you will not find an application that will allow you to do this. Again there may be applications that allow you to make a call over data but it will not use your own cell number and will not function in the same manner as UMA.

Like WiseD said. Only phone that supports UMA is Blackberry 9700, Curve 8900 & a few other blackberries. Apple never really wanted to add the UMA on it. The use Facetime over Wifi so this is what they added.

UMA NEEDS core access to the sim card for authentication, no apps currently allow this, then it also needs certificates to communiate vpn over wifi to rogers core network. goodluck finding a third party app with this? the manufactuerr, and carrier need to both implement this in the handset with agreements and lots of testing.
