I have an Acer Liquid MT and it works great most of the time. However, sometimes, I try and turn it on and nothing happens. It seems like it has crashed or something. If I remove the battery I can turn it on again.
Does this happen to anyone else? Any idea what might be causing this? Could it be some application I installed (I've only installed about 2 or 3 apps)?
Should I return it since it is only a few months only.
Any ideas/fixes/suggestions appreciated.

Hi carchrae,
This may be an issue with the OS. I recommend trying a master reset (everything will be erased) using the following:
Go to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Factory data reset". Then click on "Reset phone"
I suggest monitoring the device for at least 24 hours before restoring any apps or data. If the issue persists I suggest contacting our support at 1866-931-3282.

Ok, that makes sense. I'll try that and see if the problem goes away - then slowly install software again.
If the problem persists with nothing installed, then I guess I should bring it in to be repaired/replaced.
