Like i said in the other post you posted Rogers reps or any Rogers reps will not answer this question the way you want it to be answered. Rogers reps will either tell you " WE can not comment on updates because we do not know anything yet" Rogers does not release info to reps about updates until the updates are out. It sucks i know but this is how it works.

Directly from Motorola, we are apparently getting ICS in Canada sometime in Q2 2012 but most other regions got a 2.3.6 update which fixes the Gingerbread glitches we have on 2.3.5 but Motorola Canada is staying hush hush about it here.  We will be getting ICS before even the US Droid Razr does, so maybe they gave them 2.3.6 to keep them busy while we get ICS and they`ll just skip the 2.3.6 release here...I would kind of prefer 2.3.6 than even ICS right now will all the glitches our current version has but Q2 is close at least...I just hope it`s not like june 29th or something...

as far as the USA motorola site states they already have the android 4.0 (ice cream sandwich) available via phone software update

Those are the states carriers tho. They get updates before Canada does ( expect for Apple updates which get rolled out at the same time to everyone).

The Canadian carriers take their time to release something. Rogers is the worse of them all tho. They make to many excuses & tell us its the Manufacturer yet its not tho.

The USA DROID RAZR, does not have ICS, it is currently on a 2.3.6 update, one ahead of what we just got. We are scheduled to get ICS before them.
