Can't Access Voicemail

I've been around

When I try to access my voicemail it asks me to enter my own #. When I do it tells me that it's not a recognized mailbox #.

if your mail box is not recognized, then you have to call in to get it fixed, as this requires someone accessing your account, perhaps they need to re-provision the feature back on your line?  only rogers reps can do this, not users on the community forums
